Following valuable feedback from our clients, we have completed the implementation of a new Private Branch Exchange (PBX) system at Naseems.
The PBX system implementation will provide a streamlined customer experience with automatic call logging in our practice management system and call recording to ensure we can provide a better quality of service. The system will also have voicemail facilities for clients calling out of hours.
We have also implemented an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system at Naseems. The purpose of this system is to ensure that calls made to us are routed to the relevant department without the need to transfer, reducing queuing times.
The IVR options will be as follows:
- Option 1 for the Payroll department
- Option 2 for the Accounts department
- Option 3 for the Sales department; and
- Option 4 for the IT department
Once you select the appropriate option, the IVR system will route your call to the relevant department.
